When the ZEO Rangers finally find the ZEO Crystal in Bandora's lab and destroyed her once and for all. They needed to move on to the next step. But, Rocky (ZEO Ranger 3) retires. So they need to find a new blue ranger, a kid. The rangers seem surprised that Barza would chose a kid to battle. But they figured he had his reasons. Barza gives each of them to what looks like a toy car but is a morpher that will morph them into the "Turbo Rangers" and it was also used for summoning zords. The fought the new villains to come and saved Earth.
